Stop making this common mistake and instantaneously reduce digestive symptoms like:

  • Bloating,

  • Constipation,

  • IBS, or

  • Sluggish metabolism

According to the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic gut health, smoothies are NOT the healthy superfoods they're touted to be! Not only are they COLD and raw, two gut-displeasing qualities that make them notoriously hard-to-digest, but most trendy superfood-smoothie recipes contain too many different ingredients. I call these "everything-but-the-kitchen-sink" smoothies" (ex: 4 different kinds of frozen fruit, nut butter, chia seeds, flax, spirulina, almond milk, vegan protein powder, and on and on and on).

This excessive amount of exotic and disparate ingredients makes it unlikely that your body is actually utilizing all of their nutritional power. So, you may be wasting your money on expensive superfoods and protein powders that you are not actually digesting, absorbing, or assimilating.

Finally, they almost all smoothies commit the "cardinal sin" of Ayurvedic food combining: mixing fresh fruit with other foods high in fat and protein.

In this episode, we'll discuss why these things are problematic and what to do instead. I'll also give you helpful tips about HOW to make your smoothie more healthy and digestible. So, if you want to keep drinking them, you'll know how to do it in the best possible way for your body.
