Because it's my #1 goal to spare you the time, energy, and heartache that go along with chasing a number on the scale! You know I’m not a proponent of weighing yourself in the first place. In fact, I tell all my clients to hide or donate their scales. Seriously. What the scale says has ZERO bearing on who you are or how you FEEL in your body. But, if you’re struggling with your weight, or have been for years… or decades – it’s undoubtedly effecting your quality of life!

You are not feeling good in your body, and it is my ultimate mission to help you feel good in your body – and feel good about your body.

I struggled with my weight for decades. When people see me now say, “Well, you are naturally thin”. But, I wasn’t always thin – in fact from about age 15 to age 30 I weighed 20-30 more lbs than I do now. And on my small 5’3” frame, that was substantial.

I Yo-yo dieted for years, trying everything: Slimfast, Richard Simmons' Deal-a-Meal, veggie, vegan, Atkins, Paleo, Keto, etc...

But nothing really clicked until I found Ayurveda and got more in-tune with nature, learned my dosha and how my digestion worked it all balanced out naturally, automatically. My body reached and maintains its ideal weight easily.

Now, I'm going to share with you how I made it easy for myself and how I help my Beautifully Balanced clients do the same… We’ll talk about excess weight, from an Ayurvedic and holistic standpoint. We’ll find out what is the main cause of it, and most importantly what you can do to reach a healthy weight and FEEL great in your body, so you can actually enjoy food and enjoy life to its fullest again!

I'll reveal the 3 BIGGEST, most common mistakes I see my clients making, that are sabotaging their weight goals and leaving them feeling frustrated, stuck, and heavy in their digestion, and not at home in their bodies, and we'll top it all off with what to do instead to make reaching your ideal weight and feeling GREAT in you body simple, intuitive, and achievable.

According to Ayurveda (the 5000 year old Indian system of medicine on which I partially base my Integrative practice):

Being overweight is partially constitutional (find out your dosha for free ⁠HERE⁠)

It is also a HUGE indicator of how well your digestion is working. In Ayurveda gut, digestion, metabolism, appetite, etc.. are all connected. So we have to dig deeply to understand the causes, when it is not functioning properly. Some doshas are more likely to have a naturally slightly slower metabolism (Kaphas). BUT any dosha can gain weight, due to poor digestion, accumulated habits, etc…
