EP 17: Ask These 3 Questions Before Taking Rx Meds (can even use these to aid in the weaning process)

 

To medicate or not to medicate, that is the question. In this episode, I'll share some of my personal (and clinical) experience with this important, and very personal decision.

Good health does not have to be black and white, as in: you are a success if you never pop and pill; and failure if you do. I see many patients and practitioners alike get caught in this divisive way of thinking.

To dispel the holistic hype: I'll share with you about how I successfully treated infertility, anxiety, constipation, and migraines, naturally. I'll also get a little more vulnerable and tell you about more recently, when stress and life pressures lead me to make a different decision: to take a prescription medication (that I had been sitting on for almost a year!), and how I felt peaceful about that.

I'll also give you 3 important questions to ask yourself when making your own decisions about if and when to take Rx meds. This is meant to empower you to make the best decision for YOU. Not to bow to the pressure placed on you by our broken healthcare system, to take ALL the Rx meds for every ailment.... Not even to succumb to external pressures of social media or wellness gurus, to "never touch a pill".

Instead, you can find your own best way. Your body and heart hold your answers - and it is my hope that this episode help you access all the inner wisdom that is waiting for you.
