Are you ready to understand your anxiety in a whole new way? Let's dive in to an Ayurvedic, mind-body-spirit perspective!

Anxiety can include chronic stress, overwhelm, worry, and scattered, fearful thinking - and if it's severe, you should always consult with a qualified mental health professional.

Today, I’ll clue you in on what you might be inadvertently doing that’s triggering or worsening your anxiety – and I'll give you my top 3 simple tips to soothe, and even prevent it. These are easy, quick things you can incorporate every day to reverse the hold that anxiety has on your mind and your life.

By understanding anxiety through the lens of Ayurveda, we can remove the shame and self-blame that often comes along with it. We can choose a new, natural path. We'll go deeper and empower ourselves to not just medicate it away, with Xanax, anti-anxiety meds, or with food, alcohol, marijuana, online shopping, etc... Instead, we'll make our lifestyle, food and drink, and daily habits work for us - instead of triggering and perpetuating our anxiety!

Anxiety is by far the most common mental and emotional health issue among my clients – and among most women in the US. It adversely effects our relationships, our home-life, our self-talk, our digestion (yes, mind-gut are linked). So, basically - our entire quality of life!

This topic and episode are so relevant to so many. I know this new perspective, and these tips, will bring you relief, hope, and a little more calm - starting now.

NOTE: Talk-therapy and the mental health support of a licensed therapist are very important and effective. And, if you want holistic help with your anxiety, please book a Free Holistic Chat with me RIGHT HERE, and we'll see if we are a good fit.
